Raw hummus

My light dinner.
Raw sprouted hummus:
2 cups sprouted garbanzo beans
2 Tblsp. raw tahini
3 cloves garlic diced
1 cup water
2 juiced lemons
1 tsp sea salt
Blend together and garish with paprika and onion chives.
I ate mine with veggie sticks. Yummy! And a lot left over.
