BASIC FRUIT SMOOTHIE
1 Banana
1/2 C Strawberries (more if desired)
Water
You can use fruit juice or almond/rice/coconut milk instead of water, and you can substitute strawberries for other fruits, such as blueberries, cherries, or mangoes.
If you'd like, add a teaspoon of spirulina or chlorella powder to the smoothie for added nutritional benefit.
BASIC GREEN SMOOTHIE
1/2 C Parsley
1/2 C Cilantro
1/2 - 1 Avocado
1 celery stalk
Handful of spinach
1/2 - 1 Lime
Spoonful of coconut oil
Water
If you only have a basic blender, chop the celery into small pieces before blending.
